  • OEM (Custom-Made) Sofas: Tailored sofa solutions manufactured based on the specific requirements, design inputs, and preferences provided by our clients. OEM production involves a collaborative process between the customer and our design and production teams, including approval of technical drawings and material samples before manufacturing begins.

All product orders placed through the website are subject to review and final confirmation by our sales team. An order is only considered accepted and confirmed once we have reviewed the request and provided written acknowledgment via email, phone call, or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.

THE SOFA FURNITURE reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Orders that appear to be fraudulent or involve suspicious activity.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect customer information.
  • Orders that exceed our current production capacity or fall outside of our delivery capabilities.
  • Orders where essential communication with the client cannot be established.

Upon confirmation, the customer will receive a formal sales agreement or invoice outlining the product specifications, pricing, deposit terms, delivery timeline, and other relevant conditions.

4. Payment Policy

Upon confirmation of an order with THE SOFA FURNITURE, a deposit payment amounting to 30% of the total contract value is required. This deposit serves as a commitment from the customer and allows us to initiate the production process or reserve the ready-made product from our inventory.

The remaining 70% balance must be fully settled prior to delivery of the goods unless otherwise specified in the sales contract or agreement. In some cases, payment terms may be customized for large orders or long-term business partnerships, subject to mutual written agreement.

We accept payments through multiple secure methods, primarily including:

  • International bank transfers to our company’s designated bank accounts. Payment details and instructions will be provided in the invoice.
  • Other payment methods such as online payment gateways or digital wallets may be offered upon request or as determined by our sales representatives.

Customers are advised to ensure timely payments to avoid any delays in processing or shipping. Any delays or defaults in payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of the order without prior notice.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours from the time the product is received. Notifications should include detailed photographs clearly showing the defect or damage, accompanied by a written description outlining the nature and extent of the issue.
  • After receiving the notification, our customer service team will evaluate the case promptly and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange process.
  • Approved returns or exchanges must follow our prescribed logistics procedure, ensuring the product is returned in its original packaging (if possible) and condition to qualify for replacement or refund.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

In the event of any dispute, both parties commit to seeking an amicable resolution through negotiation in good faith. Should negotiation fail to resolve the matter, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, whose jurisdiction shall be final and binding.
